At the Gulbenkian Garden, the mission of the Gulbenkian Garden Educational Programme is to raise awareness of this valuable heritage in all its various aspects, to explore new and creative ways of teaching and learning through direct contact with the living world, and to promote an informed culture of landscape appreciation, continuing the legacy of the generation of landscape architects in Portugal to which its creators belong.

The Gulbenkian Garden Educational Programme organises guided tours, workshops, courses, talks, and lectures for schools, organised groups, children, young people, families, adults, and individuals with specific educational needs, with a programme that is particularly active in the spring season.
