We are glad to share with you the programme of the EMIF’s first annual event “Funding the Fight Against Disinformation”, taking place on 2 December 2022.

The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in Lisbon will host the annual event, where we will be joined by the Vice President of the European Commission for Values and Transparency, Věra Jourová, as our keynote speaker. 

The event will gather media organisations, researchers, NGOs and policymakers from across Europe to discuss the challenges and opportunities of fighting disinformation in Europe. In addition, the EMIF and its grantees will present their work and impact during the year.
