Meeting Points

Art, Dreams and Resistance. 19 and 20 September

We are celebrating two years since CAM reopened with a weekend of art, dreams and resistance, presenting new exhibitions, talks and poetry, activities for families, a performance-concert and a new installation in the Sound Room.

On Saturday, Mathieu Copeland, FM Einheit, Inês Zenha, João Mourão and Luís Silva discuss dreams, transformation and the body. As the afternoon draws to a close, artist Sammy Baloji presents Missa Utica in the Open-Air Amphitheatre. The mobile game ‘Scheherazade’s Labyrinth’ will also be available.

On Sunday, ZAF – Zona Artística Familiar, from Teatro da Maluca, offers creative experiences and SLAM at CAM throws down a new challenge to poets.

This weekend all exhibitions have free entrance.
