The surrealist narrative imagery of figures, objects, drawings and installations that she creates, together with the unsettling strangeness of mutant and unusual beings, brings a strong dream-like component to her work. Abstract painting sometimes adds a deviant and strong aesthetic dimension to the occupation of the space. In some cases, written text, such as the titles of the works themselves, adds to the unsettling nature of this very specific parallel, ancient fable-like universe.
