In the project implementation phase (from 2019 onwards), in order to overcome possible difficulties in managing project grants, the Programme organises training sessions targeted at project managers of eligible entities. These training sessions, which will be held annually in Lisbon and Coimbra, and intend to assist in the management and monitoring of project implementation.

Individual on-site support provided by the Bissaya Barreto Foundation is also available through a pool of consultants and mentors. The project promoters may request consulting or mentoring in areas such as partnership management, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, enabling problem-solving in project implementation or obtaining additional knowledge to improve their results.
