Hranush Hagopian, Armenian Minister of the Diaspora, made a working visit to the Armenian Communities Department on Friday, 7th February. She held meetings with Martin Essayan, Razmik Panossian and the President, Artur Santos Silva.

Items up for discussion included the Department’s Five-Year Programming Plan. The Minister and members of the ACD discussed areas for future collaboration.

The Minister also met with members of the Armenian community in Portugal, including two cellists from the Gulbenkian Orchestra.
