Under the title ‘Music and Nature’, this programme highlights the profound relationship between musical creation and nature’s inspiration for composers. Guided by the orchestra, we journey from Ester Mägi’s contemporary vision of the sea to Mendelssohn’s enchantment with Fingal’s Cave in the nineteenth century, also including Dvořák’s work In Nature.
