Since 2015 the École du Louvre and the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum joined forces in a partnership that is aimed at hosting students from the renowned Parisian university at the museum.

The students, all of whom are currently working towards their Master’s degree or Ph.D., will be able to carry out curricular internships at the museum, in areas such as museum studies, history of the collections, conservation, mediation and documentation. Both institutions will also be able to carry out joint research activities such as seminars, conferences and symposia and share scientific and educational information.
