One of the main causes of criminal recidivism is unemployment.
The “Trainee Reshape Program” project is aimed at people serving their sentences in the Caxias Prison who have between 9 and 18 months on their sentence.
With a duration of 20 months, the project will reinforce the social and professional skills of the beneficiaries and provide technical training in the field of ceramics, to give them competencies for the job market.
The project aims to have people from the prison community hired by 3 companies.
