Intending to be an experimental pilot project centered in the city of Porto, the ICCA project aims to promote the participation and contribution of different public, including the most disadvantaged, in the analysis and monitoring of the effects and results of public policies, to build a monitoring instrument and follow-up of policies aimed at resolving social imbalances and promoting the development of action proposals that enhance local government action to better respond to emerging social needs.
Based on the use of the collective intelligence methodology, the project will create an online collaborative platform that will constitute the basis for the action of a collaborative collective intelligence network that will favour continuous dialogue between the community – citizens, private entities and public entities.
