This project aims to promote Gender Equality, as a fundamental human right, by investing in the education and awareness of preschool children as an essential condition for the formation of full citizens. A Gender Equality Training Framework for Childhood Educators will be created to provide them with the skills to introduce Gender Equality pedagogical practices, and their application will be tested in 30 preschools in Amadora. Project results will be disseminated nationally through an Awareness-Raising Campaign to promote Gender Equality in Preschool Education.
