The project aims to promote the upskilling of Bombeiros Voluntários de Penela (Volunteer Firefighters of Penela), as a civil society organization, through training, mentoring, and consulting in several critical areas, strengthening its capacity to act, the quality of its services and its sustainability. This is intended to: promote skills and knowledge in advocacy; strengthen the strategic, planning and communication capacity of the organization; improve the quality of the services provided by the organization, through the qualification and training of the team in critical areas; define strategies for the sustainability of the organization through volunteer and fundraising plans; and promote the sharing of knowledge and good practices.
