The project “Capacity-building in action” aims to reinforce the organisational capacity and sustainability of the project promoter, through training, mentoring, coaching and consultancy of their employees, volunteers and management in the areas of Policy Advocacy, Administrative and Financial Management, Social Projects, Relationship Marketing, Fundraising, Volunteer recruitment, integration and management and Staff-User Relationship Management.
The project also provides for the exchange of experiences and collaborative benchmarking with the Icelandic partner (MS Society of Iceland) and training in an international context.
