The development of ties and partnerships between civil society organizations (CSO) is a key element in enhancing the effectiveness of the intervention of many organizations seeking to play an active role in resolving social problems.

To encourage the development of partnerships between Portuguese Civil Society Organizations (CSO), the Active Citizens Fund in Portugal provides a list of contacts that have been built since the previous Cidadania Ativa Programme (2013-2016).
