The Active Citizens Fund in Portugal accepts applications from Non-Governmental Organisations developing projects for the promotion of democratic participation, active citizenship and human rights, as well as projects that aim to empower vulnerable groups or enhance the sustainability and capacity of Portuguese civil society.
