Bilateral Cooperation
In order to strengthen bilateral relations with Donor States (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), a call for Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives is open from July 2018 to June 2023.
These initiatives are intended to support activities that deepen relations between Portuguese NGOs and entities from Donor States, as well as international organisations and agencies thereof, promoting the exchange of international experiences, sharing and transfer of knowledge and good practices for capacity building and effectiveness of Portuguese NGOs.
The Bilateral Cooperation Initiatives may also have a role in designing enhanced applications of Portuguese NGOs to the Programme under Outcomes 1, 2, 3 and 4.
The contacts and cooperation initiatives between Portuguese NGOs and Donor States entities will be facilitated by the Programme and by:
