While John Zorn’s place as one of the most outstanding musicians from the turn of the 20th to 21st centuries is uncontested, his talents as an organist remain almost unknown. In 2011, speaking about his first record on the pipe organ, Lou Reed called it “a night of culmination and conquest”. Now, Zorn debuts a new version of the project accompanied by the electronics wizard, Ikue Mori.
