Homeland
Having moved from Morocco to France at 12, it was in Europe that singer and composer Hindi Zahra launched her career and won over the world music circuit with the release of her first album, Handmade. Following a long, exhausting tour with this, which lasted more than two years, she went on an extended retreat to Marrakesh, where she began a process of personal rediscovery which culminated in the composition and recording of Homeland, a musical project in which she connected with and delved into her own roots.
