During the period in which Daniel Yvinec was head of the Orchestre National de Jazz (2009-2013), Eve Risser made her name as one of the most exciting pianists of contemporary European jazz. Gradually she then shaped the collective White Desert, which was launched in 2015. Custom-built for her, this tentet and two choirs is one of several ensembles that has confirmed her brand of composer and orchestral lead soloist.
