Blueprint Species Survey and Sanitary State of Plants
Blueprint for the identification of plant species and evaluation of their health conditions. This analysis follows the phytosanitary survey carried out by the architects Azevedo Coutinho and Gonçalo Ribeiro Telles in order to preserve the tree cover of the Santa Gertrudes Park, constituting itself as a matrix in the construction of the park, particularly with regard to the plants’ system.
Among the various precautionary measures taken were soil picklingwhich, since 1958, had been improving, according to Azevedo Coutinho’s guidelines and continuous improvement of the land pile deposition [i], located in an area where there would be no intervention until the last stage of the works.
