Podcast with Shogher Margossian and Kayane Madzounian
In this episode of the «Խօսինք ու լսենք» (“Let’s speak and listen”) podcast by Darperag21, members of the Armenian Communities Department: the Assistant Director Shogher Margossian and the creator of INSPARK Kayane Madzounian sit with Varoujan Tenbelian to talk in length about the innovative grant programme INSPARK that was recently launched by the Department.
As a new creative initiative for Armenian youth in Lebanon, INSPARK aims to inspire hope and ownership to Armenian youth, it also emanates from the Foundation’s broader mission to strengthen Armenian culture, language and identity across the Diaspora.
In Lebanon, these goals have taken on renewed importance amid ongoing challenges. Armenian youth in 2025 are contending with post-war realities and forging new beginnings, simultaneously preserving a rich heritage while addressing contemporary issues in an ever-evolving world.
The programme’s objective is to foster creative expression among Armenian youth and through them strengthen community identity and drive social change, to encourage young people to explore their creative potential in addressing key social and cultural issues, and to support new voices and innovative ideas that enrich Armenian Diaspora life and culture in general.
Learn more about the ideas behind this grant programme, the challenges faced and the hopes built by listening to the podcast. The conversation is entirely in Armenian.
