The Armenian Communities Department is pleased note that the Government of Portugal, through His Excellency Ambassador Mário Godinho de Matos, has appointed Mr. Samuel  Samuelyan as Honorary Consul in Armenia. The Armenian Communities Department would like to congratulate Mr. Samuelyan on his appointment and wish him a successful mandate. We are looking forward to collaborating with Mr. Samuelyan on initiatives of mutual interest, and strengthening the ties between Portugal and Armenia.
