Valentina Oliveira is an experienced project manager with a background in higher education management and international partnerships. Before joining the GIAS, she held leadership roles at the University of Lisbon, including Chief of Staff to the Dean at the School of Arts and Humanities, and International Mobility and Partnerships Office Manager at Técnico-Lisboa.

She holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology and has graduate training in Data Analysis in Social Sciences.
