Location
Studio Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian‘Institution(ing)s’ is composed of 8 organisations of different scales and target audiences, in 7 European countries. In its first public event, we will introduce this collaborative experiment that aims to cut across disciplines and fields to support research, practices, and knowledge production as shared resources for the future.
The project seeks to test and share innovative institutional models and to investigate how socially, economically and environmentally sustainable working methods can create new ways of connecting artists and collaborators towards imagined futures.
It also explores alternatives beyond institutional critique towards a healthier and fairer artistic ecosystem.
This event will be presented in English with simultaneous translation and interpretation in Portuguese Sign Language.
‘Institution(ing)s’ is funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or Creative Europe. Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.
