Fernando Lemos and Japan

Curator and guests

Event Slider

A series of visits that provide different perspectives on the work of multidisciplinary artist Fernando Lemos and his relationship with Japan, based on an exhibition that offers a unique opportunity to get to know a large collection of the Portuguese-Brazilian artist’s photographs and drawings, previously unseen in Portugal.

Organised in six different sections, the exhibition invites visitors to look at drawing as writing and to find the projection of fantasy in the contours of reality, in the photographed or drawn framings and cut-outs, and in the relationship with the human and architectural landscape.
