How to get here

Metro

Metro

The two closest metro stations are São Sebastião (blue and red lines) and Praça de Espanha (blue line). São Sebastião is the only station with elevator access.

Carris: 726, 746, 52B (Av. António Augusto Aguiar) or 716, 756 (Av. de Berna). Carris Metropolitana: 3703, 3710 (Av. de Berna) or 3705, 3706, 3711, 3716, 3717, 3720, 3721, 4725, 4730 (Av. Calouste Gulbenkian).

Train

Train

Entrecampos station is just a 15-minute walk from the Gulbenkian Foundation and has a connection with the metro network (yellow line).

Bicycle

Bicycle

You can use the network of cycle paths in the city center and leave your bicycle in the racks that we provide next to the entrance of our Main Building.

Reduced mobility access

In order to access the Open-Air Amphitheatre, the following options are available for audience with reduced mobility:

  1. If you’re traveling by public transports, the recommended entrance is located at Rua Dr. Nicolau Bettencourt. The path to reach the Amphitheatre will have ramps for higher steps.
  2. If you’re travelling in your own vehicle, you could use the entry via Av. de Berna and then access our outdoor parking lot (exclusive to the public with reduced mobility) situated in the top of the road, on the left side. Form there you can follow the accessible path mentioned in the map bellow:

Parking

On weekdays, our car park will be open one hour before the first concert, closing 30 minutes after the last concert. On weekends, it is open from 09:00 until 30 minutes after the last concert of the day. There are parking spots for visitors with limited mobility.

Elevators

In the Main Building, there are lifting platforms and elevators that you can use with the assistance of a member of the Festival’s staff.

Accessible WC

For concerts in the Amphitheatre, the toilets for public with limited mobility are located at Centro de Arte Moderna. In the Main Building, they are located at level 01. For both locations, a member of the Festival staff will provide assistance.

Purchasing tickets

Tickets for people with reduced mobility can be purchased by phone (+351 217 823 000), via an online form, or in person. For each reduced mobility ticket, a complimentary companion ticket will be provided.

Merchandising and discography

Before each concert and until 30 minutes after it ends, there will be a stall selling the artists’ discography and the festival’s merchandise. For concerts in the Open-Air Amphitheatre, the stall will be located in the Gulbenkian Garden, near the entrance at Rua Dr. Nicolau de Bettencourt. For concerts in the Main Building, the stall will be located next to Auditorium 2.

Bar and restaurant

During the festival, you can enjoy the bar and terrace at Jardim das Rosas (Main Building), the restaurant Mesa do CAM (Centro de Arte Moderna) or the Kiosk Mesa do CAM, which will be open on the following days and times:

  • Mesa do CAM: every day, from 10:00 to 22:30, except Monday (10:00 to 18:00) and Tuesday (19:30 to 22:30).
  • Bar/Terrace Jardim das Rosas: every day after the 21:30 concerts and until 01:00.
