Refunds for cancelled concerts

The way to request a refund for your tickets depends on the method you used to purchase them. Please read the information below carefully to learn how to do so.


Tickets purchased via online form or in person at the box office

If (i) you purchased your individual tickets or subscriptions by post by filling in the online form available at that time (with payment made by ATM reference), or (ii) you purchased the tickets in person at the box office, you should complete the form below. The refund will be issued by bank transfer, which may take up to 20 days.


Tickets purchased in the online box office

If you purchased your tickets in our online box office (with direct payment by credit card, without using an ATM reference), you should simply forward the original email you received at the time of purchase to [email protected], with the tickets attached. The cost will be refunded to the bank account associated with the credit card you used for the purchase, even if it has already expired.

You can choose one of the following options:

Photograph the tickets with a mobile phone


Scan the tickets using a scanner or multi-function printer:
1. Scan your tickets (up to a maximum of 8 tickets per scan), making sure that all parts of them are visible, not just the seat number.
2. Save the scanned document in a folder or on your desktop.
3. When filling out the form on our website, in the field for attaching the tickets, select the "Upload" button, find the place where you saved the document on your computer and select it.
