Cancelled / postponed concerts

Following the recommendations by the Portuguese Health Authorities regarding the coronavirus outbreak, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation has decided to cancel or postpone – whenever possible – all concerts in the Grand Auditorium until 31 May 2020.

In case a new date cannot be found, the concert will be cancelled. At any moment, you may request a ticket refund online. These measures will be in effect until 31 May 2020. A new date might be announced according to the development of the outbreak.

 


Tickets for all postponed concerts remain valid for any future dates to be announced.

All rescheduled concerts will be announced in our website and social media platforms. If you have purchased your tickets online or by post, you will receive an e-mail and/or text message. If you wish to request a ticket refund after a rescheduling announcement, please follow the steps below.


If you would like to request a ticket refund, please carefully read the information below.

Please fill out the form provided below and ensure that all the tickets you wish to return are correctly uploaded. The refund will be issued by bank transfer, which can take up to 20 days to process.

If you require any assistance regarding ticket refunds, please contact us at bilheteira@gulbenkian.pt.

Please forward the purchase confirmation e-mail you received with the tickets attached to bilheteira@gulbenkian.pt. The refund will be issued to the bank account associated with the credit card that was used to make the purchase, even if it has already expired.

We will soon announce a date from which you can request a ticket refund at our box office. Please bring with you the following: the tickets you wish to return, your IBAN, and a bank account ownership certificate (it can only be issued via Homebanking or directly at any branch of your bank).

The refund will be issued by bank transfer, which can take up to 20 days to process.

You can request ticket refunds until 30 June 2020.

Because this document must feature both your IBAN and full name, it can only be issued via Homebanking or directly at any branch of your bank.
