The Gulbenkian Foundation is maintaining its status as a festival partner with the Goethe Institut, and the current edition will feature the world premiere of the Concerto para Viola e Orquestra (Concerto for Viola and Orchestra) which António Pinho Vargas composed for violist Diemut Poppen.
