Since its foundation in 2008, the TBVI has built up a network of European universities, research institutes and the private sector for the development of new vaccines to combat tuberculosis and helping to implement population-related trials. Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation joined the group of donors and hosted the annual meeting of the partners in Paris, Centre Culturel Calouste Gulbenkian, 24th March 2011.
