The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is a private institution whose main purpose is to improve people’s quality of life through art, charity, science, and education. The Foundation carries out its activities from its headquarters in Lisbon, and from its branches in Paris and London.

The Centro de Arte Moderna (CAM) is seeking to reinforce its team with an Intern. 

Contractual conditions: Professional Internship Contract

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and refine the selected InArte fields for online publication.
  • Collaborate with the CAM curatorial team to update and maintain the inventory.
  • Oversee and ensure all documentation related to the Online Collections project is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage, review, and standardize the terminology in the InArte database, ensuring alignment with national and international standards for museum collections management.

Required skills

  • Master’s degree in History or Art History.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in the InArte collections management system.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
