Gulbenkian on the path to energy efficiency

Cartão Gulbenkian Mais programme

Event Slider

The Gulbenkian Complex (Headquarters and Museum), built in the 1960s, was designed with innovative technical solutions developed through close collaboration between architecture and engineering. These solutions, along with equipment and materials, are continuously updated as they reach the end of their lifespan or become obsolete. Over the years, numerous improvements have been introduced, including water recycling, solar panel installations, and energy-efficient lighting.

In this exclusive visit for Cartão Gulbenkian Mais holders, engineer Osório Tomás, responsible for energy efficiency, will lead visitors through the Foundation’s restricted areas to showcase the latest upgrades.

Exclusive programming has a limited capacity. If you can’t attend, return your ticket up to 48 hours in advance using the Contact Form (select Information Request and Cartão Gulbenkian).
