The 1st edition of the International Science Festival FIC.A took place at the Marquês de Pombal Palace Gardens in Oeiras, from October 12th to 17th, bringing together more than 100 entities, thousands of students and teachers and hundreds of activities related to science and technology.

The Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência promoted a vast program of activities and offered the public the opportunity to interact with the institute’s scientists during the 6 days of the event.

Throughout the event, IGC researchers organized games, hands-on activities, storytelling and demonstrations, and also participated in several debates and lectures.
