Summer School: just started

03 aug 2021

27 participants, from 4 nationalities, are part of the IGC Summer School, an initiative aimed at university students who enter an immersive experience of a week of online classes and a month carrying out scientific research in a laboratory. An opportunity to contact with scientists and learn about the different stages in a scientific researcher career.

With over 230 applications submitted, selected participants will be able to participate in online training courses on various topics in the life sciences.

The second phase of the program will allow 8 of these students to carry out an internship (about 1 month) in the IGC laboratories.

During this period, they will develop a scientific mini-project that will allow them to learn how to plan and carry out experiments, how to interpret results and how to present the project.  At the end of the internship, all students present and discuss the projects they have developed with the IGC community.
