An online event where PhD students will meet two Group Leaders at different stages of their careers and have the opportunity to discuss with them topics such as:
– The paths that led them to their current positions;
– How they achieved their career goals;
– How to decide on which post-doc to do after a PhD and how this decision may define the transition to PI level;
– The soft skills needed to be a successful PI and the importance of starting to invest on developing and exercising those ahead of time.
