Exclusive workshop for managers of approved projects in the 2019 Calls of the Active Citizens Fund in Portugal, with the participation of 20 NGOs representatives.

These training sessions are meant to favor a correct project implementation, highlighting the critical aspects of the executive management of NGO’s projects that are being funded by the Active Citizens Fund, in accordance with the rules established for all beneficiary countries of the EEA Grants.

The programme for this workshop includes a review of the management principles of the Active Citizens Fund, the role of the project manager, the execution and report cycle through the information system, the link between physical and financial execution, changes to projects, capacity building component, communication, monitoring visits and audits, and evaluation, among other important features.
