Diaspora-Centric Approaches to Western Armenian


Razmik Panossian, the Director of the Armenian Communities Department, sat down with Jirair Tcholakian, from Nor Haratch newspaper, for an extended conversation on the Department’s current programming. He highlighted the organization of the first Western Armenian Summer Camp, Zarmanazan, as well as other Western Armenian revitalization initiatives supported by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

The Director noted that the role of the Diaspora is central in the revitalization of Western Armenian and reaffirmed the Department’s commitment to its preservation and advancement.
